Welcome to PMS Premium Hygiene Solutions. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the cleaning and pest management services we provide. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Services Provided PMS Premium Hygiene Solutions offers professional deep cleaning, pest control, and hygiene management services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties in Mumbai and surrounding areas.
2. Booking and Cancellations
Bookings: Appointments can be scheduled via our website, phone (+1-800-267-7039), or in person.
Cancellations: We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. Pricing and Payments
All service quotes provided online or over the phone are estimates based on the information given by the client. The final price may be adjusted upon physical inspection of the premises.
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless a prior commercial billing agreement is in place.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Access: Customers must provide our technicians with full access to the premises, as well as necessary utilities like running water and electricity to perform the requested services.
Valuables: While our verified staff is highly professional, we request that clients secure all cash, jewelry, and highly valuable or fragile items before the cleaning or pest control process begins. We are not liable for the loss of unsecured valuables.
5. Health and Safety
We pride ourselves on using 100% eco-friendly and safe treatments. However, for certain intensive pest control procedures, clients may be required to vacate the premises for a specified duration.
Pets and children should be kept away from treated areas until they are completely dry or as explicitly advised by our technicians.
6. Limitation of Liability
PMS Premium Hygiene Solutions is not liable for pre-existing damage to property, furniture, or fixtures.
While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee the complete eradication of severe pest infestations in a single session; follow-up treatments may be necessary.
7. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
